Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Generative AI Research Lead to architect the intelligence layer of our 2026 roadmap. Nexus Horizon is pioneering the transition from narrow AI to Superintelligent Systems. If you are driven by the prospect of defining the next generation of synthetic cognition, this is your moment to shape the future.

In this role, you will spearhead the development of Autonomous Reasoning Models and Neuromorphic Architectures. You will work in a high-performance environment, pushing the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion systems, and emergent capabilities. You will not just write code; you will define the protocols that machines use to understand, create, and interact.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with state-of-the-art compute clusters (NVIDIA H100 & Quantum-Ready GPUs).
  • Shape the ethical frameworks for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
  • Competitive equity package with a clear path to C-suite leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models, focusing on Emergent Reasoning and Long-horizon Planning.
  • Design and implement novel training pipelines for Self-Supervised Learning architectures that outperform current SOTA benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI Safety Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to deploy safe and effective AI agents.
  • Drive the adoption of Multimodal Synthesis, enabling seamless integration of text, image, video, and sensor data.
  • Mentor junior researchers and establish rigorous research methodologies and publication standards.
  • Stay ahead of global AI trends, specifically regarding Explainable AI (XAI) and Transparent Neural Networks.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision with a focus on generative models.
  • Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
  • Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering high-impact open-source projects.
  • Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Constitutional AI.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing research budgets.
