Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record scaling exponential tech startups
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for government-level projects (preferred)
