Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or neurotech ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in foresight studies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or emerging tech trends
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized infrastructure
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future tech implementations
