Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Create executive-level reports on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic technology strategies
