As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and disruptive startups to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while fostering a culture of innovation that anticipates market shifts before they happen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic reports and roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting technology adoption
- Design innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research in technology or futurism (journal/conference)
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
