- Anticipate global tech trends and translate them into actionable product strategies
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Represent the company at industry forums and shape thought leadership
- Mentor teams in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Experience building future-focused teams and cultures
