Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) to identify strategic opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies across enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFt) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and trend analysis platforms
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, future AI Acts)
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
