Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Architect adaptive roadmaps for digital transformation across 5 industry verticals
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio management and ROI measurement
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist/foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic tech adoption drivers
