- Drive innovation sprints for breakthrough solutions targeting 2026 markets
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AGI, neural interfaces, climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in agile environments
- Prior work with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
