- Author thought leadership papers on emerging tech impacts (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-concept solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across org
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
