Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 5-10 year horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable products
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven foresight track record
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
