Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to create 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future tech adoption
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks) for industry influence
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term tech transformation
- MSc/PhD in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization case studies
