Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology, or Business with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for tech companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market adoption
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong network within innovation communities and thought leadership platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
