Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision roadmap with quarterly horizon scans
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning models for high-impact future business environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof product ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Deep understanding of ESG implications in long-term strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
