Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate adaptation)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-state solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and trend forecasts
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Represent company at Davos-level forums and global summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend reports
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3.0)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning acumen
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, SWOT-X)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-state implementations
- Global network of industry disruptors and researchers
