- Produce high-impact future-state roadmaps with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term innovation
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
