Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future trends into product roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote presentations and published research
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists to cultivate next-generation strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
