Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2035 global innovation strategy spanning 5 emerging verticals
- Lead $500M R&D portfolio allocation across quantum AI, synthetic biology, and climate-tech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate DNA
- Build and lead a 25-person cross-functional innovation lab
- Secure $2B+ in strategic partnerships with governments and Fortune 500
- Pioneer Horizon's annual 'State of 2026' global foresight report
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching ventures valued >$1B
- Deep expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or space commercialization
- Published futurist thought leadership (books, TED Talks, MIT Sloan etc.)
- PhD or MBA from top 10 global institution
- Fluency in 3+ languages including Mandarin or Arabic
- Experience securing $500M+ in public/private funding
