Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track progress against 2026 milestones
- Conduct high-impact workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports that influence industry discourse and policy
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on exponential technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, space tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
