Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders and external partners
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and governance
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, clients, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
