Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness initiatives and track implementation progress

- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at tech companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, Tableau) and AI-driven analytics
- Published thought leader in future technology or innovation domains
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFMP, CPSM)
