Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Author strategic whitepapers and scenario plans for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge research
- Design and execute innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technology roadmapping for 2025-2030 horizons
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Systems Mapping)
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or ISPI)
