- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content to position the company as a future-shaping authority
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Councils' to cascade foresight across organizational silos
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Mastery of futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning) and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with ability to distill complexity into actionable insights
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic adaptation to disruptive change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization in innovation strategy
