Responsibilities

- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing features and capabilities
- Represent Horizon Labs at international futurist conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning documents
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence patterns
