Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future business landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Conduct global trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital sociology
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging futures
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data analysis and quantitative modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Outstanding presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
