Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and societal shifts to inform strategic planning
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for the organization

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential industry impact
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for long-term business resilience
- Stay abreast of the latest research in futurism, innovation, and strategic foresight
- Mentor and develop a team of analysts and strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful foresight strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments managing multiple projects
- Membership in professional futurist associations (e.g., World Future Society) is a plus
