Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and disruption assessments for board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Design and launch internal 'Future Labs' to cultivate organizational futurist capabilities
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for 2026 commercialization timelines
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend mapping and disruption forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
