- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and climate tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D and product teams
- Advise on M&A opportunities in emerging markets and frontier technologies
- Represent Horizon at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (e.g., AI, Web3)
- Expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology assessment
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 clients
