Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategies by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify future market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Deliver quarterly strategic briefings to the executive board and investors
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for rapid trend detection
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Experience leading remote teams across global markets
