Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends impacting 2026 through quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruptive change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-state readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on AI, climate resilience, and workforce evolution
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Advocate for ethical governance in autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Measure strategic adoption through KPIs tracking future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotech convergence landscapes
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategy
- PhD or Master's in Technology Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
