Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Deliver executive briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders on emerging tech impacts
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking exponential technology adoption curves
- Curate strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and academic research institutions
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech transitions
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 8+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or frontier tech organizations
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and diffusion theory
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising governments on tech policy (preferred: US/EU regulatory experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization success stories
