Responsibilities

- Develop long-term strategic plans aligned with emerging technologies and future scenarios.

- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on industry and society.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking across the organization.
- Stay current with academic research, industry reports, and thought leadership in futurism and strategic foresight.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a forward-looking role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their potential impacts.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
