As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll leverage cutting-edge foresight methodologies to identify paradigm shifts across quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems. This hybrid role combines deep technical acumen with visionary thinking to position our organization at the forefront of next-generation disruption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, climate tech, and neurotech
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
