Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with actionable milestones for organizational transformation
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market demands
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor horizon scanning methodologies and refine forecasting models

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
