As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market discontinuities using AI-powered trend analysis
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks with scenario modeling for 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness priorities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions addressing megatrends
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
