Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive modeling outputs
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive opportunities and risks
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Drive implementation of future-ready initiatives across business units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept articulation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
