Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven foresight platforms and proprietary datasets
- Author thought leadership publications cited by MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2030-ready solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at top-tier firms
- Published work on exponential technologies or systemic change
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Cassandra, Trendalyzer)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 10-year strategic implementations
- Clearance for US government security clearance process
