Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) and their impact on industry landscapes by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and future-state visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive technologies for early adoption
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness maturity across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused deliverables
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures research into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
