Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ scenario models for technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing domains
- Design executive-level strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable priorities
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite decision support
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify emerging commercialization opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist practitioners and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
