- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic futures frameworks for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Facilitate C-level workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence networks with global thought leaders
- Represent Horizon Innovations at premier futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business value
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight from recognized institution preferred
