Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of published trend analysis (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
