- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports with actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Advolve C-suite executives on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data streams
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging tech
