Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify strategic opportunities and risks for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and product development
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging technology pioneers
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Champion a future-focused culture across the organization through internal thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) strongly preferred
- Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills
