Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in healthcare, finance, and technology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce trend reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts for continuous intelligence gathering
- Present findings to executive audiences through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (examples required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
