Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their market implications by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders, modeling geopolitical and climate-driven disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future-proof innovation strategies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Advect startup incubation programs, scouting and mentoring ventures solving 2026-era challenges
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published author or keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Expertise in STEEP analysis (Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions with measurable impact
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
