Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for early trend detection
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption and market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech convergence domains
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
