Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-level future intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for global leadership
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-leading strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
