Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trend intelligence frameworks for 2026+ strategic planning
- Produce scenario analyses and disruption forecasts for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead executive workshops on exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
- Design quantitative models for technological adoption rate predictions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement future-proofing strategies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting long-term planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate foresight role
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Prophet)
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal futures
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
