Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external partners through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly trend briefs that inform R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Mentor junior strategists in future literacy and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
