- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused research initiatives and prototype development
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technology adoption and regulatory landscapes
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future scenarios to stakeholders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic foresight projects
